Kathleen has been an invaluable asset to our multilingual department at Kalamazoo Public Schools. Her cultural sensitivity and embrace of diversity and differences have created an inclusive and welcoming environment for all. When language is a barrier, families still understand her because she speaks the language of the heart—they can feel her passion and support. She has also been instrumental in mainstreaming and structuring our curriculum, providing essential guidance and pacing guides for our teachers and staff. Her contributions have significantly enhanced the educational experience for our newly resettled families.

Personal Statement:

As the Principal Consultant for Kroll Education Consulting, my mission is to give leaders, coordinators, and teachers the skills and support they need to reach students and families.

As an Independent Evaluator, I analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative, related to Out of School programming. I work closely with program leads, directors, and grant writers of non-profit organizations to give valuable feedback regarding the effectiveness of their programs.

As a Consultant, I work with individuals and teams to design, implement, and assess academic and behavioral interventions. Student success is my primary goal, but increasing teacher confidence is a pleasant side effect.

I've taught, evaluated, and led change in key areas of child development - preschool, elementary, high school and college - and in each, I have invested my time in finding effective ways to address student’s needs. I look forward to partnering with your organization to unlock student potential!
