Personal Statement

As the Principal Consultant for Kroll Education Consulting, my mission is to give leaders, coordinators, and teachers the skills and support they need to reach students and families.

As an Independent Evaluator, I analyze data — both qualitative and quantitative — related to out-of-school programming. I work closely with program leads, directors, and grant writers of nonprofit organizations to give valuable feedback regarding the effectiveness of their programs.

As a Consultant, I work with individuals and teams to design, implement, and assess academic and behavioral interventions. Student success is my primary goal, but increasing teacher confidence is a pleasant side effect.

I've taught, evaluated, and led change in key areas of child development — preschool, elementary, high school, and college — and in each, I have invested my time in finding effective ways to address students' needs. I look forward to partnering with your organization to unlock student potential!
