Meet Kathleen
Kathleen Kroll, Ph.D., is a Consultant, Evaluator, and Diagnostician in Southwest Michigan. She has engaged in learning and development for over 25 years, with specialities in interdisciplinary approaches, special education, and literacy skill acquisition. She currently works with businesses, schools and nonprofit organizations to design, implement, and assess academic support systems. Dr. Kroll received her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University, and her Masters and Doctoral degrees from Western Michigan University.
Personal Statement:
My goal is to give companies, leaders, coordinators, school administrators, and teachers the knowledge and skills they'll need to teach effectively and efficiently. I've taught, evaluated, and led change in key areas of development - from preschool to adult - and in each, I have invested my time in finding effective ways to teach/reach.
As an Independent Evaluator, I analyze data, both qualitative and quantitative. I work closely with program leads, directors, and grant writers to give valuable feedback regarding the effectiveness of their programs.
As a Consultant, I work with individuals and teams to design, implement, and assess learning and development at all stages. Learner (and therefore company) success is my primary goal, but increasing each individual's confidence is a pleasant side effect.
